PRISM, the newly rebranded parent company of OYO, has unveiled a top-level leadership reshuffle aimed at boosting international growth and operational agility across its global hospitality portfolio.
Ankit Tandon, currently CEO of OYO Vacation Homes, has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer of PRISM and CEO, Europe. In his expanded role, Tandon will oversee global business performance across brands such as Belvilla, DanCenter, and Sunday Hotels, while managing operations in Europe, the UK, and the US, including G6 Hospitality (Motel 6 and Studio 6). He will continue to lead the Vacation Homes vertical, including CheckMyGuest in France and MadeComfy in Australia.
Varun Jain, previously COO for India, has been appointed COO for Asia, with a mandate covering India and the SEAME region (Southeast Asia and the Middle East). He will also oversee Traum Ferienwohnungen in Germany. Within India, Innov8 and Weddingz will report to him, supported by Pankhuri Sakhuja and Nitin Gupta.
Shreerang Godbole will continue as Chief Service Officer, leading customer experience and operations across PRISM’s global businesses, including DanCenter and MadeComfy.
Shirish Damani has been named COO for Europe Homes & Hotels, working closely with Ankit Tandon to drive supply, revenue, and margin optimization across European brands. He will also continue to lead PRISM’s global M&A initiatives.
Meanwhile, Gautam Swaroop, who previously led PRISM International and Traum Ferienwohnungen, is stepping down to pursue new technology-led ventures. He will continue to advise the company during the transition.
The leadership overhaul follows PRISM’s recent rebranding and reflects its ambition to scale operations across 35 countries, serving over 100 million customers globally. According to its FY25 annual report, OYO recorded a profit after tax (PAT) of ?200 crore in Q1 FY26, up from ?87 crore in the same quarter last year.
With this reshuffle, PRISM aims to deepen regional focus, streamline operations, and build a future-ready leadership team to navigate the evolving global hospitality landscape.
