Atmosphere Living, the ultra‑luxury branded residences arm of Atmosphere Core, has announced the launch of ARKA ENCLAVE Residences at Dubai Islands, in partnership with ManoDev Realty. Conceptualised for the discerning Indian buyer, the project blends the serenity of a resort with the sophistication of contemporary urban living, promising a Maldivian‑inspired lifestyle at a prime waterfront address.
The unveiling took place through an exclusive VIP cruise experience on Dubai Creek, offering guests a preview of the lifestyle philosophy behind ARKA ENCLAVE. The development will comprise 137 residences, including a limited collection of ultra‑exclusive penthouses. Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2026, with completion and handover expected by Q4 2027.
