CBRE has announced the appointment of Suchithra R as Senior Director – India Leasing, where she will spearhead leasing advisory and transaction initiatives across major Indian markets. Based in Bengaluru, she will strengthen CBRE’s leasing platform with a sharp focus on client-centric solutions and market-led strategies.
Suchithra brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and corporate advisory. Prior to CBRE, she spent more than eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, serving as Senior Director & South India Lead – APAC Tenant Advisory & Transactions, where she successfully drove large-scale leasing mandates and regional growth. She also held leadership roles at JLL, including AVP – Office Advisory & Transactions and AVP – Business Development (Integrated Facilities Management).
Her career began in diverse sectors with Lavazza Group, Sodexo SVC India Pvt. Ltd., and Ahalia Medical Group, where she built a strong foundation in sales, business development, and account management. With this appointment, CBRE reinforces its commitment to strengthening its India Leasing practice and delivering market-driven solutions to clients navigating the evolving commercial real estate landscape.
