Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has announced the appointment of Sameer Kadne as Senior Vice President – Operations (Mumbai & Other Regions), further strengthening its leadership team as the company advances its growth strategy in India’s real estate sector.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate, design, and construction management, Kadne has successfully delivered more than 8 million sq. ft. of IT campuses, institutional facilities, commercial office complexes, residential towers, warehouses, and premium corporate interiors, with cumulative capital delivery exceeding USD 600 million. He is widely recognized for leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing complex delivery ecosystems with a strong focus on project governance, performance monitoring, cost efficiency, and quality outcomes.
Prior to joining Kolte-Patil Developers, Kadne held senior leadership roles at Colliers, Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd., Consortium Construction Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., and Sahara India Commercial Corporation Ltd., where he spearheaded several marquee developments across the country.
His professional credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, reflecting a strong technical foundation combined with proven project leadership capabilities.
In his new role, Kadne is expected to play a pivotal part in strengthening operational excellence, enhancing delivery efficiency, and supporting Kolte-Patil Developers’ long-term growth strategy across Mumbai and other key regions.
