KPMG India has announced the appointment of Sachin Gaur as Chief Learning Officer, reinforcing its commitment to building future-ready skills and strengthening leadership pipelines. In this role, he will lead the firm’s learning and capability agenda, advancing enterprise-wide ecosystems that support transformation, growth, and a high-performance culture.
Sachin brings extensive global experience in capability building and organizational development. Prior to joining KPMG India, he served as Global Head – Capability, Change, Organisation and Leadership Development at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, where he spearheaded initiatives aligned with transformation priorities. His career also includes senior global learning leadership roles at Novartis and Deloitte Consulting, where he served as Global Consulting Chief Learning Officer.
Earlier in his career, Sachin held leadership positions at IBM, Accenture, and Firstsource Solutions, contributing to large-scale leadership and capability development programs across global enterprises. His appointment underscores KPMG India’s continued emphasis on talent development as a cornerstone of organizational success.
