With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate and flexible workspaces, Kamaljeet brings deep expertise in occupier needs, landlord partnerships, and the evolving dynamics of the flex-space ecosystem. His leadership reflects a clear vision for transforming how India works, collaborates, and scales in flexible environments.
Prior to Qdesq, Kamaljeet held senior leadership roles at Smartworks as Regional Director – North, AIPL-AMBUIA as AGM – Leasing Commercial Space, Paharpur Business Centre as Deputy General Manager, and Britt World Wide India earlier in his career. His journey highlights consistent growth, strong deal-making expertise, and a people-centric approach to building resilient workplace solutions.
