RMZ Corp has announced the appointment of Viveka Anandd as Associate Vice President, bringing over two decades of expertise in Facility Management, Project Management, and MEPF services across large-scale commercial and residential developments.
In his current role, Viveka will lead end-to-end MEPF delivery at RMZ Corp, leveraging strong capabilities in project planning, testing and commissioning, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. His appointment underscores RMZ’s commitment to technical excellence and operational efficiency in its projects.
Prior to joining RMZ, Viveka held senior leadership positions at MACE Project and Cost Management Pvt. Ltd., Arabian MEP Contracting L.L.C (Qatar), Al Attiyah Architectural Group Holding, Mesopotamia L.L.C for General Contracting, DLF Limited, ETA Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited. Across these roles, he successfully delivered complex projects in India and the GCC, building a reputation for strategic execution and resilient leadership.
Based in Pune, Viveka’s career reflects a consistent trajectory of technical mastery and organizational impact. RMZ Corp expressed confidence that his appointment will further strengthen its infrastructure and facilities management capabilities, ensuring world-class delivery across its portfolio.
