With nearly 15 years of extensive experience in the Indian real estate sector, Mohit brings a results-driven approach and proven expertise in sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Mohit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, with a specialisation in Banking and Financial Support Services. He also studied at the BLS Institute of Technology & Management, graduating with top grades.
Prior to joining HCBS, Mohit served as Vice President – Sales at Raheja Developers Ltd., where he led a team of 40 professionals across 12 ongoing projects in the Delhi-NCR region. His leadership played a pivotal role in driving targeted marketing campaigns for high-net-worth clientele, optimizing sales effectiveness, and significantly boosting property revenues.
