The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has launched The Ridge, an ultra-luxury villa development in Mashobra, Himachal Pradesh, featuring 3 and 4 BHK residences priced from Rs. 9.5 crore. Located around 10 km from Shimla, the project is designed to combine mountain living with wellness facilities and seven-star hospitality services.
Spread across 11.5 acres at an altitude of approximately 7,000 feet, the development will comprise a limited collection of villas overlooking the Gharshi Valley. The project is surrounded by 950 hectares of Deodar forests and is positioned to cater to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth buyers seeking second homes focused on wellness, privacy and long-term living.
The development will include a clubhouse spanning more than 25,000 sq ft, with a heated indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, restaurant, fireside lounge, viewing deck, indoor sports facilities and wellness spaces. Outdoor amenities will include orchards, walking trails, and dedicated yoga and meditation areas.
HoABL has partnered with Evavo Wellness to offer specialised recovery services, including cryotherapy, red-light therapy and hyperbaric oxygen. Everly Hotels & Resorts will manage hospitality services, including villa management, private dining, curated Himalayan experiences and day-to-day assistance for residents.
The project’s planning and construction approach incorporates expertise from IIT Roorkee, along with micropile foundations and computational modelling designed to address the region’s terrain and geological conditions.
Commenting on the launch, Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman of the House of Abhinandan Lodha, said the project reflects the company’s focus on creating residential experiences that combine high living standards with a connection to nature. He added that The Ridge is intended to offer families a place to spend time together and build a legacy across generations.
The development’s longevity-focused concept centres on integrating nature, movement, recovery, wellness and science into everyday living, positioning it beyond a conventional holiday home.
