The glittering city is all set to unveil its newest architectural marvel, the ‘Burj Azizi,’ which will soon be the second-tallest building in the world. Rising to 725 metres with 131 floors, the Burj Azizi will surpass other skyscrapers globally, only trailing behind Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa.
The construction of the Burj Azizi is projected to cost 600 crore dirhams (approximately Rs 13,719 crore), with a completion target set for 2028. Sales of apartments in the building are expected to begin in February next year.
Currently, the tallest building in the world is Dubai's Burj Khalifa, standing at 828 metres. Burj Azizi aims to secure its position as the second tallest. While details about the world’s highest nightclub are not yet confirmed, the planned nightclub on the 126th floor of Burj Azizi is expected to set a new record for being situated at the highest point in the world for a nightclub.
Other features of the Burj Azizi will include a hotel lobby on the 11th floor, an observation deck on the 130th floor, and a restaurant on the 122nd floor. According to Azizi Development, the building will offer many other high-quality facilities to cater to its future residents and visitors.
