Qatari Diar and luxury property developer Dar Global is paving the way for the development of a Trump International Golf Course and a collection of Trump-branded villas in Qatar, according to reports. The report added that the project will be part of the Simaisma beachside development, located north of Doha.
This reportedly marks the Trump Organisation’s first foray into Qatar’s real estate market, following previous ventures in Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia in partnership with Dar Global. The agreement comes as Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organisation and son of US President Donald Trump, visits the Gulf region.
The upcoming project is expected to blend luxury living with high-end leisure, contributing to Qatar’s growing portfolio of premium developments. Simaisma, known for its coastal appeal and proximity to the capital, is being positioned as a new hub for upscale residential and leisure offerings.
Following reports, Qatari Diar, Dar Global, and the Trump Organisation have not formally commented on the agreement.
