IMPACT OF GEOPATHIC STRESS ON PEOPLE LIVING & WORKING IN BUILDINGS

Geopathic stress is a term used to describe the negative impact on human health caused by natural environmental emissions emanating from the earth. These radiations can be caused by magnetic grid lines, underground water streams, and other natural phenomena. It is believed that prolonged exposure to geopathic stress can lead to various health problems such as insomnia, headaches, chronic fatigue, and even cancer. This phenomenon affects the well-being of individuals in buildings they live and work in. The development of land and buildings can have a significant impact on the environment, communities, and the economy.

20% of the Earth and hence, every Building is impacted by geopathic stress zones. The occupants of these buildings may experience a range of health problems mentioned above. Some experts recommend the use of natural building materials such as wood and stone, which are believed to have a grounding effect and can help reduce the impact of geopathic stress.

Another approach is to conduct a geopathic stress assessment of the building before construction or renovation. This assessment can help identify areas of the building that are most susceptible to geopathic stress and allow for appropriate measures to be taken to mitigate its effects. As we spend the majority of our lives in buildings, it is important to address geopathic stress to ensure our safety, wellbeing and harmony.

Environics has been instrumental in creating innovative solutions to help mitigate the harmful impact of geopathic stress on people. One of the ways in which its solutions combat geopathic stress is through their non-intrusive solutions that do not require any structural and interior layout changes.

Correcting the effect of geopathic stress zones in buildings has led to an improvement in the overall health of people by 40%, enhancement of teamwork and coordination among people by 60%, while the breakdowns have reduced by 61%. Meanwhile, 45% of people experienced a decrease in their stress levels. The solutions improve the productivity and health of people, lower machinery breakdowns, and ensures a safer working environment for all people.

This approach is essential as large real estate developers and corporates need to ensure that their developments are sustainable and meet the needs of all stakeholders and promote sustainable development. Moreover, being environmentally and socially responsible, the projects should not have a negative impact on the environment or the communities in which they are located.

The company also conducts geopathic stress assessments of land sites before construction. This assessment can help identify areas of the proposed building that will be impacted by geopathic stress and allows for architects and developers to plan their layouts in a manner which tries to avoid critical living and working areas on geopathic stress. In case these areas cannot be avoided due to functional reasons, Environics has technology to mitigate its effects once the building is constructed. They also offer protection from electrosmog, excessive exposure to the same, which is a given due to the increase in the number electronic devices used by us and installations surrounding us.
