ATS Homekraft announced the sale of the first phase of its plotted project, 'Province D Olympia,' on Yamuna Expressway, near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar. According to company officials, the company has sold plots worth over Rs 1,200 crore, and the offer was oversubscribed 2.5 times.
The plots are part of a larger 100-acre development where ATS has already developed and handed over a group housing project, ATS Allure, with over 1,100 apartments. The upcoming developments on the land parcel include a plotted residential project spread across 62+ acres, serviced apartments, and high-street retail of an overall 6 lakh sqft.
A further 35 acres of the overall development have been left for green spaces with lush landscapes and a world-class clubhouse of over 1.5 lakh sqft. Udaivir Anand, Managing Director of ATS Group, said, "We have completed and delivered over 4,000 homes across Noida, Gurgaon and Chandigarh in the last 30 months. This recent launch highlights the trust that our customers place in us."
The firm's last launch on Dwarka Expressway saw overwhelming demand from first-time homebuyers. Company officials said they are in the process of bringing more projects to Dwarka Expressway, Yamuna Expressway, and Delhi. Last year, the Delhi-NCR region surpassed Mumbai and Hyderabad to emerge as the top housing market.
Buoyed by strong tailwinds in the NCR real estate market, ATS Group has recently witnessed a strong resurgence. Over the past 30 months, the group has completed and delivered over 4,000 apartments.
The Yamuna Expressway project, Province D Olympia, is a premier township spread across 101.203 acres (409,554.01 sq. meters), with the project area covering 62.84 acres (254,287 sq. meters). The township offers expansive open green spaces covering 35 acres (141,640 sq. meters) and lush landscapes spanning 13 acres (52,609.1 sq. meters). It features 603 plots, with sizes of 150, 210, and 270 sq. yards. The community is secure, with 24x7 surveillance, and is integrated with essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and commercial areas. Future developments within the project include service apartments and retail spaces totalling approximately 6 lakh sq. ft.
The township boasts a world-class clubhouse spanning 1.5 lakh sq. ft. (13,935.45 sq. meters), offering over 14 elite recreation and entertainment spaces. It also includes more than 12 holistic fitness and well-being spaces and 10+ social and lifestyle convenience spaces, ensuring residents' well-rounded and luxurious living experience.
The project enjoys a prime location with seamless connectivity, just 15 minutes from the Buddh International Circuit and near Olympic City and Film City. It is also close to Galgotias and Gautam Buddha Universities. Additionally, ATS Allure, located right next door, spans 8.48 acres and received its OC in March 2022. With over 1,100 apartments in the project, more than 850 units have already been handed over.
