Bangur Concrete, a fast-growing construction material brand under Shree Cement Ltd., has launched its first Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) facility in Gujarat. Located in Limbadiya, Gandhinagar, the plant has a production capacity of 60 cubic meters per hour and is designed to meet the region’s rising demand for high-performance, sustainable concrete solutions.
The launch comes as Gujarat experiences rapid urban and industrial growth, with the new plant positioned to serve construction sites more efficiently while maintaining quality and environmental standards. Neeraj Akhoury, Managing Director of Shree Cement, stated, “Gujarat is a high-growth market with significant infrastructure projects and immense potential. Our entry here marks a key chapter in Bangur Concrete’s national expansion journey.”
With this addition, Bangur Concrete’s network now spans 21 RMC plants across India. Each facility is equipped with advanced batching systems, precision quality control, and eco-compliant processes to support diverse project scales. The Gandhinagar unit integrates modern batching technology, optimized material handling, and streamlined logistics to ensure timely deliveries and reduced turnaround times.
This expansion aligns with Bangur Concrete’s long-term vision of supporting India’s sustainable development goals through green construction practices and carbon footprint reduction.
India’s RMC market is projected to reach USD 167.01 billion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 9.56% between 2025 and 2032, driven by urbanisation, infrastructure development, and demand for high-performance materials.
