Behind the scenes, Siemens handles the complete campus management, ensuring that operations run smoothly across all buildings. Visitor access and security are tech-enabled through a cloud-based dashboard system powered by Microsoft. Upgrades in MEP services and common area maintenance keep the buildings modern and efficient year after year.
Over the years, DLF IT Park has collected several awards, including Best Private Sector SEZ in Tamil Nadu (Ministry of Commerce and Industry), Best Commercial Project in Chennai (CNBC), and recognition from MEPZ for software exports and employment generation.
