Ashiana Housing has announced an expanded leadership role for Deepak Dhyani, who now serves as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing. A seasoned professional with more than 27 years of experience across real estate, transportation, and supply chain sectors, Mr. Dhyani is widely recognized for his expertise in navigating complex business environments and driving performance through strategic, data-driven decisions.

He joined Ashiana Housing eight years ago as General Manager – Sales & Customer Services and has since played a key role in driving growth and customer engagement across the company’s housing portfolio. Recently entrusted with leading the marketing function as well, Mr. Dhyani is now responsible for shaping the brand’s narrative and delivering integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Dhyani is known for his evidence-based approach, challenger mindset, and outcome-driven leadership. His professional journey includes pivotal roles at renowned brands like Serco, Meru Cabs, and Delhivery, where he led transformative initiatives in public transport, supply chain operations, and real estate.

At Ashiana, he continues to champion customer-centric growth, enhance service delivery, and steer the company’s marketing efforts in alignment with its long-term vision. His expanded role reflects Ashiana Housing’s commitment to integrated leadership and excellence in both customer experience and brand positioning.
