Having navigated three roles, earned two promotions, and led a team she calls her “greatest joy,” Kundnani’s departure has sparked a wave of heartfelt messages from the colleagues. “Trust, friendships, and memories matter more than any title,” she shared on LinkedIn, reflecting on the outpouring of support during her transition.
With 26 years of experience in real estate and technology, Kundnani brought unparalleled expertise to Brookfield, leading marketing and key account management for their pan-India commercial portfolio, including the trailblazing Brookfield India REIT. Her mission was to elevate the brand, foster meaningful communication, and create vibrant spaces that resonated with tenants, investors, and communities. By nurturing strategic client relationships, she drove high-impact leasing deals, strengthening Brookfield’s market position.
Kundnani’s ability to blend strategy with heart set her apart. Her career spans luxury residential sales, digital transformation, and partnerships across B2B and B2C landscapes. Whether speaking to media or at industry forums, she articulated Brookfield’s vision with clarity and passion.
