The only higher bid recorded in the state this year was in Raidurg, Hyderabad Knowledge City, at ₹177 crore per acre. Within Neopolis, however, Plot 15 now holds the distinction of being the highest-priced land acquired to date, highlighting the growing appetite for prime luxury developments in Hyderabad.
