FUJIFILM India has inaugurated a sprawling 56,000 sq. ft. office in Gurugram, marking a strategic milestone in its India growth journey. The new facility houses over 350 employees and features advanced infrastructure designed to foster agility, cross-functional collaboration, and seamless service delivery.
Located in DLF Cyber City, the office includes dedicated product experience zones for Electronic Imaging Devices (EID), instax™, and Multifunction Printing products. It also serves as an integrated service hub for EID, Optical Devices, and instax™, alongside a contact centre for the Medical Systems Division—enhancing customer support and turnaround times.
The facility reflects FUJIFILM India’s commitment to sustainability, with improved access to public transport and efforts to reduce its carbon footprint. It supports operations across the company’s four business segments: healthcare, imaging, electronics, and business innovation.
Leadership emphasized the facility’s role in driving innovation and employee engagement. “India is one of the most important growth markets, and this facility represents our continued investment in its potential,” said Koji Wada, Managing Director, FUJIFILM India. Navneet Ahluwalia, Head of HR & Administration, added, “This space is designed to inspire, connect, and support our teams in delivering their best work.”
