Anusha Gupta has joined JLL as Vice President in its Office Leasing and Advisory team.
Before joining JLL, Gupta worked at Monitor Deloitte for over two years, where she served as a Senior Consultant from June to September 2026 and as a Consultant from July 2024 to May 2026. Her role at the firm included working in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Earlier, she was a Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in April and May 2023. Gupta also completed her master's research thesis at the Organic and Smart Materials Laboratory at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal, between July 2021 and May 2022. Her research focused on the electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction using proton-responsive cobalt complexes containing pendant proton relays.
