Lohia Worldspace debuts its first real estate project in Moradabad. The eco-conscious villa community blends modern design with community-driven living. This debut marks a strategic shift for Moradabad, a city known for its brass legacy, now emerging as a promising real estate destination. Sustainability is central to the project, with features like solar-powered lighting, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient construction. Lohia Global has committed Rs1000 crore over five years to develop similar high-quality projects across India, starting with land parcels already owned in Tier-II cities.
