Max Estates, a leading real estate developer in the NCR region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Vachan Singh as Chief Operating Officer-Projects. In this pivotal role, Mr. Singh will be responsible for leading the project development vertical and will report directly to Mr. Sahil Vachani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Max Estates.
Mr. Singh brings with him over 35 years of rich experience across diverse areas including Project Management and Execution, Design Management, Operations, Contract Negotiation, Sales, Marketing, and Business Strategy. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments both in India and internationally.
Prior to joining Max Estates, Mr. Singh served as COO & Business Head for the Mumbai Urban Cluster at Adani Realty, overseeing a portfolio exceeding 35 million square feet. He managed end-to-end responsibilities such as P&L oversight, project execution, contracts and procurement, value engineering, planning, costing, and strategic marketing, along with the formulation of Annual Operating Plans (AOPs).
Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Singh has held senior leadership roles at some of India’s most reputed real estate companies including Oberoi Realty, L&T Realty, Mahagun, Tata Housing, and DLF, contributing significantly to their growth trajectories.
