Reliance Industries Limited has appointed Jaswinder Sandhu as Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate, where he will oversee real estate operations, project execution and strategic development across the company’s portfolio.
Sandhu joins Reliance Industries with more than two decades of experience in real estate development, construction management and project execution. Before this appointment, he spent nearly six years with DLF Limited, where he held several senior leadership positions, including BU Head and Senior Executive Director, Executive Director of Projects, and Head EPC, EVP Gurgaon & North.
Sandhu began his career at Oberoi Realty, where he spent more than 19 years in various project and construction leadership roles. His positions included Head & EVP-EPC, Vice President of Projects and General Manager of Projects.
As Head & EVP-EPC at Oberoi Realty, Sandhu was responsible for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls and Property Management functions. As Vice President of Projects, he headed the company’s flagship mixed-use development, 360 West.
Sandhu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR University and an Executive General Management Program from Harvard Business School.
In his new role at Reliance Industries, Sandhu will be responsible for driving real estate operations, project execution and strategic development across the organisation’s real estate portfolio.
