RMZ has elevated Soubir Ignatius Ghose to the position of Head of Revenue (West), strengthening its commercial real estate leadership.
Ghose has been associated with RMZ Corp’s asset management team since 2023. Based in Mumbai, he oversees office and retail leasing for RMZ Nexus and contributes to strategic acquisition initiatives across the region. He is also involved in the company’s new ventures, including its data centre joint venture with COLT DCS.
Before joining RMZ, Ghose spent 15 years at JLL India, from 2008 to 2023, handling business development, client servicing and account management across multiple cities. His experience spans commercial real estate, occupier requirements, deal structuring and client relationship management.
Ghose brings over two decades of professional experience across the office automation, business process management and commercial real estate sectors to his new role.
