Kekarav is spread over 36 acres and consists of 197 villas ranging from 2400 sq. ft. to 6000 sq. ft. with a product configuration of 3, 4 & 5 BHK in Bavdhan, Pune. It is a JV between TRU Realty, Aswani Associates and Shrem Group. Kekarav has been conceptualised with design thinking and innovation at its core. Accordingly, TRU Realty is currently planning to conduct a unique design competition for architects to design the villas of Kekarav. This innovative competition aims to bring to Kekarav’s customers a wide range of design choices which they can then deploy for their villas, as well as the opportunity to have award-winning architects design their dream homes. Kekarav aspires to be India’s first carbon neutral project with zero or minimal carbon footprint and accordingly, has many initiatives such as water conservation, solid waste management, solar energy management, afforestation etc. To provide a 360° living experience to the home buyers, Kekarav also provides facilities and amenities such as gym, pool, banquet hall, recreational areas for kids and senior citizens, retail spaces, shared office spaces, amphitheatre, Biodiversity Park, and cosy gardens.
