Yashvardhan Patil Joint MD, Rahul Talele Group CEO at Kolte-Patil Developers

Pune-based realty firm Kolte-Patil Developers elevated Yashvardhan Patil, currently the group CEO, to the position of Joint Managing Director. Rahul Talele, currently Business Head- Pune, has been appointed as the company's Group CEO with effect from September 08, 2021, the company said in a regulatory filing. Talele joined Kolte-Patil as a Deputy Project Director in 2010. The company has developed and constructed over 50 projects, including residential complexes, integrated townships, commercial complexes and IT Parks, covering a saleable area of around 20 million square feet across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
