Prestige Estates Clocks Record Collections of INR 50,752 mn, up 9% YoY

India’s one of the leading real estate developer, Prestige Estates, has announced its results for the period ending 31st March, 2021 & Q4FY21. During FY21, The Group has registered highest ever sales of INR 54,608 mn, up 20% YoY and has clocked record collections of INR 50,752 mn, up 9% YoY. The sales have come from 8.16 mn sft volume with an average realization of INR 6,689/sft Irfan Razack, Chairman, Prestige Group “We are delighted to announce our robust FY21 performance across the board. Despite the challenging environment, Prestige has recorded highest ever sales and collections during the fiscal year. The record sales were backed by the great response to our newly launched projects as well as ready to move in inventory.
