A Day of Deliberations

The Realty Plus Conclave comprised panel discussions and presentations on some topical issues facing the real-estate industry as a whole and the Pune city in specific. The speakers comprised renowned professionals from Pune and Mumbai.    The first panel discussion themed “Union Budget 2018-19 – Implications for the Real-Estate” saw the experts deliberate on the impact of Budget on the realty sector in conjunction with the new GST rates and other provisions. The concluding session of the Conclave on “Planning Pune – Vision for Pune city” with the focus on city infrastructure challenges was moderated by Shashikant Limaye – Technical Advisor Pune Metro Project, Mahametro and the presence of experts like Ar. Prakash Deshmukh – Principal Architect, Associated Space Designers Pvt Ltd.; J.P. Shroff – Chairman & Managing Director, Shroff Group; Kishor Pate, CMD Amit Enterprises Housing Ltd; Ar Shitesh Agrawal, CMD – SAAP Limited; Rajesh Mahatre– CEO Real-estate – Vascon Engineers and Vanessa De Souza, Vice President of FIABCI-India Chapter.
