Real Estate Leaders Converge At Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2024 - North

The 16th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2024 - North drew to a successful close, having facilitated impactful sessions and industry-shaping conversations.

The event was Powered by Alpha Corp Development Pvt. Ltd, and was Co-Partnered by Global Network for Zero, Signature Global India Ltd, and Champion Infratech. Trevoc was the Luxury Partner, while Ram Rattan Group was the Luxury Farm House Community Partner.

The day kickstarted with the words of wisdom by Dr. Annurag Batra, Editor-in-Chief & Chairman, exchange4media & BusinessWorld Media Group. Addressing the audience, he spoke about the importance of sleep, being kind to everyone and sustainability. “The role of sleep in our health cannot be emphasized enough and as industry leaders we need to prioritize health for everyone working with us. I also believe kindness fosters trust and collaboration, leading to stronger relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. Being kind to nature is also, something we need to imbibe to leave a better future for our children. Though, we still have a long way to go in terms of sustainability in this industry, we are moving in the right direction.”

The discussion on Paradigm Shifts In Delhi-NCR Realty Growth was presented by eminent speakers, Santhosh Kumar, Vice Chairman, ANAROCK Property Consultants, Abhishek Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan IRIS, Kalyan Chakrabarti, CEO, Emaar India, Mohit Arora, Chief Executive Officer, ATS HomeKraft, Mudassir Zaidi, Executive Director - North, Knight Frank India and Rishi Raj, Chief Operating Officer, Max Estates Ltd. The speakers majorly spoke about the growth trajectory of real estate in Delhi – NCR in all asset classes like residential, office, retail and emphasised on role of infrastructure development for better development in the coming years.

The next session on  Delhi-NCR Market Evolving Sales & Marketing Trends by experts Shashank Jain, Director, EY- Parthenon, Ashish Jerath, President - Sales & Marketing, Smartworld Developers, Ashish Kaul, CMO, Hero Realty, Karan Kumar, Real Estate Sales & Marketing Expert, Mayank Vora, Co-Founder, Realatte , Mohit Mishra, Head of Marketing, DLF Office Business, Suneet Singh, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, TARC Limited deliberated on how digital marketing has evolved. The speakers also shared the views on the importance of storytelling in digital marketing to meet the present requirements and going beyond customer’s expectations when it comes to after sales service..

Mahesh Ramanujam, President and CEO of The Global Network for Zero, Set the Stage for Green Real Estate Development with his presentation. He said, “India is making more net zero building progress than any other country on earth. The idea of net zero can only be accomplished with combined participation from the stakeholders as well as the citizens of the country.”

The next topic Luxury Homes Take Centre Stage was discussed among Ravi Shankar Singh, Managing Director, Residential Transaction Services, Colliers India, Amit Goyal, Managing Director, India Sotheby's International Realty and Gurpal Chawla, Managing Director, TREVOC Group. The speakers emphasised that one thing that the developers look forward in super luxury segment is the aspirations of the HNI community and bringing them within project amenities. The speakers also spoke about the new wave of NRI investing in luxury real estate across the country.
