PUNE- CREDAI Maharashtra has joined hands with Symbiosis Institute (SCCE) to launch one of its kind of certificate courses named "Real Estate Business Enhancement" to cater to the ever-growing professional needs of the new age Real Estate sector. The course is aimed for realtors’ registered with CREDAI Members to develop business-oriented skills. It was formally announced by Pramod Khairnar Patil, President, CREDAI Maharashtra.
Khairnar Patil said that “CREDAI’s main objective is to provide all-round professional skills to its members required in the construction sector. The youth power of CREDAI Maharashtra i.e. Youth Wing and Women Wing came together and brought the concept forward under the able guidance from Satish Magar, CREDAI National Chairman & Dr. Vidya Yerwadekar, Principal Director Symbiosis Society and Pro-Vice Chancellor, Symbiosis International University. On the completion of the course students will be given a certificate of participation by Symbiosis Center for Corporate Education, Pune”.
Dr. Seema Singh said that “The total duration of course is 6 months with 48 sessions. It will begin from 25th August in both online and offline mode. It is mandatory to be a CREDAI member for the admission seeker. Course will cover all important aspects of the real estate industry in 6 modules viz. Introduction to construction management, construction business management, business planning and marketing, economic aspects of business, business practices and construction law and human resource management. Since the curriculum is "Assessment Based Management Development Program" the students will be evaluated on "Continuous Assessment".
Bedekar said that, “CREDAI Maharashtra has always been in forefront to introduce meaningful initiatives for betterment of the society and professional growth of its members. Moving a step ahead, we have come up with a much-needed educational program aiming to bring a more professional approach to the sector. As, meaningful, practical, skillful education is the need of the hour”, he concluded.
