Adani Group has announced the appointment of Puneet Awasthie as Head of Business Development & Operations, where he will drive strategic growth initiatives, oversee operations, and strengthen business development efforts across key projects, including the Ganga Expressway WSA leasing and operations.
In his new role, Awasthie will focus on building scalable operating models, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and unlocking long-term value through effective leasing and asset optimisation strategies.
With over two decades of experience in retail leasing, tenant relations, mall operations, and large-scale commercial developments, Awasthie brings deep expertise in both Indian and international retail ecosystems. Prior to joining Adani Group, he served as Center Head – Leasing at The Phoenix Mills Ltd., and has held senior roles with Dubai Outlet Mall, Landmark Group, and Future Group India.
His appointment underscores Adani Group’s commitment to strengthening its infrastructure and real estate portfolio by leveraging seasoned leadership to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence.
