myHQ by ANAROCK, India’s leading workspace marketplace, has announced the return of Judhajit Bal to its leadership team. As one of the company’s early core team members, Judhajit played a pivotal role in shaping myHQ’s growth trajectory and operational framework. In his new role, he will spearhead myHQ’s entry into international markets including Dubai, London, and Singapore, while driving growth to achieve a P&L of over ₹100 crore within two years.
Judhajit’s association with myHQ dates back to its formative phase, where he served as Head of Growth & Marketing. He was instrumental in defining the company’s brand vision, launching flagship offerings such as myHQ Premier, and expanding the company’s footprint into Bangalore. His leadership also helped secure strategic investment from ANAROCK, strengthening myHQ’s position as a trusted player in India’s prop-tech ecosystem.
Beyond myHQ, Judhajit brings extensive experience from The Coca-Cola Company, where he incubated new beverage categories and built distribution networks across 10 states, reaching over 100,000 retail outlets. He also founded Maidaan, an education-themed e-sports platform, showcasing his entrepreneurial drive and ability to scale impactful ventures. A management graduate from MDI Gurgaon, he brings deep expertise in P&L management, growth strategy, and team leadership.
