SpazeOne, South India’s fastest-growing managed office provider, has announced a major expansion across the region, unveiling plans to open new centres in Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, and Calicut. The move marks the company’s next growth phase, catering to rising demand from startups, SMEs, and large enterprises for scalable, tech-enabled office solutions.
As part of its Bengaluru-focused strategy, SpazeOne will add 2 lakh sq. ft. of managed office space in the city with an investment of ₹2 crore. The upcoming centre in Whitefield, located near Seetharamapalaya Metro Station, offers strong connectivity and provision for phased expansion within the same building, enabling flexible solutions for enterprise occupiers. Bengaluru remains central to SpazeOne’s roadmap, given its proximity to global capability centres (GCCs), large enterprise clients, and high-growth startups.

Beyond Whitefield, SpazeOne plans to open 5–6 additional centres in Bengaluru over the next two years, covering approximately 2 lakh sq. ft. of managed office space with a total investment of ₹50 crore. These centres will be strategically located in Koramangala, HSR Layout, MG Road, Indiranagar, and Whitefield, catering to technology-led firms and enterprise teams seeking premium plug-and-play workspaces.
In the first quarter of 2026, SpazeOne will also launch new centres across South India, including Alapatt Heritage MG Road, Caspian Tech Park Phase-2 at Infopark Kakkanad, and AMV Park Kundanoor in Kochi; Alagendira Plaza on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore; and Maruthi Onyx in Bengaluru.
With an operational footprint of over 5.5 lakh sq. ft. and nearly 8,000 seats across Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru, SpazeOne continues to strengthen its position as a leading regional workspace provider.
