In his new role, Londhe will oversee execution strategy, risk assessment, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management for high‑rise and township projects across both residential and commercial assets.
Based in Mumbai, Londhe will drive delivery excellence, safety compliance, and cross‑functional coordination in line with K Raheja Corp’s quality and governance benchmarks. His appointment underscores the group’s commitment to scaling execution capabilities and reinforcing its reputation for timely, high‑quality project delivery.
Londhe brings over 20 years of experience in construction management and real estate development. Prior to joining K Raheja Corp, he spent more than 18 years at Lodha Group, where he rose through multiple leadership roles including Deputy Manager, Project Manager, Associate General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, AVP, and most recently DVP. At Lodha, he spearheaded large‑scale projects involving RCC structures, MEP works, infrastructure, and architectural finishes, while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Customer Experience teams.
Earlier in his career, Londhe held engineering and site leadership positions at The Phoenix Mills Ltd., Ashford Inc., Jayant Sinari Architects, and Billing & Execution N.L. Pvt. Ltd. His diverse experience across commercial real estate and high‑rise development equips him to contribute significantly to K Raheja Corp’s ambitious growth plans.
