Indian film producer and director Karan Johar has acquired a new residence in Mumbai’s upscale Khar West locality. The transaction, registered in November 2025, was valued at Rs. 8.05 crore, as per property documents reviewed on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website.
The apartment is located in Pali Vintage, a boutique development in Khar West, and offers a carpet area of 1,060 sq. ft. (98.49 sq. m.). The purchase includes two car parking spaces. Johar paid Rs. 48 lakh in stamp duty and Rs. 30,000 in registration charges.
Khar West has emerged as one of Mumbai’s most desirable residential enclaves, known for its cosmopolitan atmosphere, premium apartments, and boutique developments.
