Mantra Group, a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in residential projects, has announced the appointment of Mr. Raghu G Iyer as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective February 2, 2026.
In his new role, Mr. Iyer will spearhead the group’s revenue strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, channel partnerships, and growth initiatives across markets. He will collaborate closely with the leadership team to enhance revenue performance and support the company’s ambitious expansion plans.
With over 15 years of experience in the Indian real estate sector, Mr. Iyer brings deep expertise in residential sales, revenue planning, and business execution. His career spans managing large residential portfolios, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and driving cross-functional strategies in budgeting, forecasting, and operational execution — all with a focus on profitability and scalable growth.
