Material Depot, a curated home interiors materials platform, has raised $10 million in a Series A round co-led by Accel and Stellaris Venture Partners, with participation from Whiteboard Capital, DeVC, Soma Capital, MyAsiaVC, and prominent angel investors including Ramakant Sharma (Livspace), Ankit Nagori (Curefoods), Shashvat Nakrani (BharatPe), Abhiroop Jayanthi (Carlyle India), Niraj Singh (Spinny), Saurabh Jain (Livspace India), Abhishek Goyal (Tracxn), and Vineet Khanna (Supertails).
The fresh capital will be deployed to strengthen Material Depot’s technology backbone across supply chain, inventory planning, and in-store assisted selling, while expanding its curated product portfolio and scaling its offline presence through new Experience Centres.
Founded in 2022 by Manish Reddy and Sarthak Agrawal, Material Depot aims to transform the home interiors category by combining design intelligence with a responsive supply chain. Its Experience Centres in Bengaluru offer transparent pricing, reliable delivery timelines, and assisted decision-making, enabling customers to visualize and compare materials with confidence.
Since inception, the company has served more than 15,000 customers and currently operates three Experience Centres. Over the next 12–18 months, it plans to expand to 30 centres across multiple cities, targeting over 50,000 customers.

Material Depot is part of Accel Atoms, Accel’s pre-seed and seed platform for early-stage founders building for the next decade.
