Savills has appointed Neil Brookes as Executive Managing Director, Asia Pacific Capital Markets, to lead its regional capital markets platform and connect APAC investment capabilities with the firm’s global network. Based in Singapore, Brookes brings over two decades of experience and a personal transaction record exceeding US$15 billion.
This strategic hire comes as institutional investors increasingly target Asia Pacific for its transparency, resilience, and sectoral diversity. Brookes will focus on unlocking cross-border opportunities, particularly in high-growth segments such as Living, Data Centres, and Capital Advisory.
Anurag Mathur, CEO, Savills India, said, “India is central to Asia Pacific’s investment story. With Neil’s leadership, we’re building a connected platform that helps clients tap into India’s momentum and global capital flows.”
Brookes added, “Savills has the brand, depth, and data-driven capabilities to lead in this space. I’m excited to harness these strengths and drive the next chapter of growth.”
The appointment follows a series of strategic hires across APAC, including Paul Roberts and Ben Schubert in Australia and Emily Fell to head Living sectors. The expanded team will leverage insights from Savills’ regional network and collaborate with its Global Cross Border Investment business to deliver long-term value for clients.
Savills continues to strengthen its position as a top advisor in regional capital markets, aligning global expertise with local opportunity across Asia Pacific’s evolving investment landscape.
