Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd., India’s largest managed office platform, has announced the appointment of Anshul Popli as Head – Product & Execution. In his new role, Popli will lead procurement and projects across mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), quantity surveying (QS), and execution, strengthening operational delivery across Smartworks’ expansive portfolio of managed campuses.
Popli brings a strong entrepreneurial background and execution depth to the role. Before joining Smartworks, he founded Modern Intrno, an interior fit-out firm, where he successfully drove client acquisition and end-to-end project delivery. His leadership ensured alignment with design intent, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion — skills that will now be leveraged to enhance Smartworks’ delivery excellence.
Anshul holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Nottingham, equipping him with both global perspective and technical expertise.
