Aldar has announced plans to develop the UAE’s first Tesla Experience Centre on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The build-to-suit facility will span over 5,000 sqm and combine a showroom, service centre, and delivery hall into a single integrated site. This marks a strategic milestone for both Aldar and Tesla, reinforcing Yas Island’s appeal as a hub for global brands and Aldar’s reputation as a preferred real estate partner.
The centre will feature 170 dedicated parking spaces and 20 V4 Tesla Supercharger stalls, offering customers a seamless and elevated experience. Designed with sustainability in mind, the facility targets Estidama 3 Pearl rating and incorporates Net Zero-aligned features such as rooftop solar panels, high-efficiency HVAC systems, LED lighting, and rainwater recycling for landscaping.

Strategically located along the E12 highway with direct links to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the Tesla Experience Centre is expected to be completed by 2027.
