India’s premium managed office and coworking platform GoodWorks CoWork has announced its strategic entry into the Hyderabad market through a partnership with renowned real estate developer Ektha Group. This move marks a bold expansion by GoodWorks into India’s fastest-growing enterprise and Global Capability Centre (GCC) hub.
As part of the foray, GoodWorks will launch two landmark centres at Hitech City and Financial District in Hyderabad with a combined development potential of over 150,000 sq. ft of Grade A space. These premium centres will cater to startups, scale-ups, and large GCCs looking for flexible, scalable and fully managed office solutions.
The expansion will also operationalize SansoviGCC by GoodWorks, a first-of-its-kind GCC enablement platform that offers infrastructure, compliance, talent, and advisory support for foreign companies looking to set up operations in India. Hyderabad will be a flagship launchpad for this platform.
“Hyderabad is the epicenter of India’s GCC and enterprise boom, and we’re entering with a vision to lead, not follow. Our partnership with Ektha Group is a convergence of shared ambition and execution capability. With SansoviGCC, we’re not just offering offices; we’re offering India entry-as-a-service,” said Vishwas Mudagal, Co-founder & CEO of GoodWorks Spaces.
Ektha Group, known for delivering high-quality commercial and residential developments in South India, will partner with GoodWorks on space acquisition, development and lifecycle management of the Hyderabad assets.
“We are thrilled to welcome GoodWorks to Hyderabad and to be their partners in this exciting phase of growth. Our shared vision is to create spaces that support global business and innovation. With these centres, we are positioning Hyderabad as the most enterprise-ready city in India,” said Sreenivasa Musani, Chairman & Managing Director of Ektha Group.
“Further, the partnership will expand beyond Telangana to Andhra Pradesh as well, with Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada as focus areas,” he added.
GoodWorks currently operates over 8 lakh sq. ft. of premium office space across Bangalore and other metro cities, serving a client base that includes Fortune 500 companies, high-growth tech startups, and global GCCs. With Hyderabad added to its map, GoodWorks is poised to cross 1.0 million sq. ft. under management in the coming quarters.
The first Hyderabad centre, GoodWorks Hitech City, is scheduled to go live in Q3 2025, followed by GoodWorks Financial District later this year.
This strategic foray positions GoodWorks and SansoviGCC as serious contenders in India’s next phase of GCC and enterprise workspace growth.
