Kapil holds a master’s degree in accounting and administration from the esteemed ICFAI University, making him a true authority in the field of finance. He commenced his professional journey at Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, initially serving as a general cashier and subsequently rising to the position of executive. His exceptional performance led him to complete the Marriott Manager Development program at CY Ahmedabad.
Notably, Kapil's commitment and capabilities earned him a promotion to Assistant Finance Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, where he gained further experience. He has had the privilege of working with various Marriott brands, including Courtyard, Fairfield, JW Marriott, and Marriott hotels and resorts. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Financial Controller at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai.
Apart from his professional accomplishments, Kapil enjoys indulging in entertainment on OTT platforms, exploring new and exciting destinations through his travels, and cherishing quality time with his loved ones.
