The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), an apex real estate body that works under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India, announces the establishment of its newest chapter, NAREDCO Tamil Nadu. The newly elected body of the NAREDCO Tamil Nadu Chapter comprises distinguished professionals who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. While Gnanasehar assumes the role of President, V. Shankar will serve as the General Secretary. GR Venkatesh will take on the position of Executive Vice President, and Vijay Reddy is appointed as the Treasurer. Additionally, the Governing Council Members include Eswar Chitturi, V. Murugesan and R Venkatesan. Each member of this esteemed body is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and contributing to the advancement of the real estate sector in Tamil Nadu.
NAREDCO presently maintains state chapters across Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Delhi, and Uttarakhand.
The newly formed NAREDCO Tamil Nadu chapter aims to establish robust connections with authorities like the Town Planning Department, RERA, and local bodies and promote collaboration among real estate stakeholders to effectively address the concerns of all involved parties.
