Runwal Group clocks record sales for its newly launched Dombivli project

 Runwal Group, one of Mumbai’s leading real estate developers have clocked record sales for its newly launched project Runwal Gardens at Dombivli which is spread over 115 acres. The project which is located in the heart of Dombivli at Manpada has received a massive response with as many as 1200 units sold in 20 days, over 7000 walk-ins visiting the site and only a few inventories left from the pre-launch phase. The project has emerged as the preferred choice for buyers who consider connectivity, convenience and surrounding gentry to be an important factor for buying a property.

 According to Knight Frank’s affordability matrix, houses in Indian cities are far more affordable now as compared to 2010; especially in Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru, making it the right time for fence-sitters to take the plunge. While buyers in Mumbai had to shell out 11 times their annual income to buy a house in the megalopolis in 2010, the figure is now down to just 7.2 times their annual income, making houses more affordable than they were eight to nine years back. It seems like the success of Runwal Garden along with the new affordable launches from other developers will herald the revival of the real estate sector.
