The Gurugram-based realty firm’s upcoming uber-luxury housing project, Anantam, will comprise the tallest residential towers in Gurugram, featuring G+59 storey buildings. The project is expected to be delivered within the next 5 years.
Gurugram-based developer Ganga Realty announced that it will invest 1200 crores to develop an uber-luxury residential project, named Anantam in Sector 85, Gurugram. The project will promisingly feature the tallest residential towers in Gurugram and Delhi’s development landscape, comprising G+59 storey buildings, which is singled out as one of the project’s salient USPs. It is located in close proximity to Gurugram’s finest property hub, Dwarka Expressway, the iconic Global City project, NH-8, and is at a 20-minute convenient driving distance from IGI Airport.
Anantam will be spread across approximately 5.2975 acres and will consist of 3 iconic towers. The company is planning to achieve a sales target of 2000 crores from this project.
Ganga Realty has derived the project’s funding from internal accruals and customer advances. It is the company’s second luxury housing venture after the success of its first uber-luxury project, Nandaka 84 located in Gurugram’s Sector 84 in November last year. It got oversubscribed within a day of its launch.
The project will feature 3 and 4 BHK apartments along with a Servant’s Quarter and a Utility Room. The total number of units in the project will be 524 and the price range of units will start from Rs 16,500 per sq ft. The unit sizes of 3 BHK + Utility + Servant will be 2392 sq ft and ?4 BHK + Utility + Servant will be 3101 sq ft.
The project will also consist of a multitude of extravagant and luxurious amenities such as a spacious state-of-the-art Clubhouse which will span across 1 lakh sq ft, along with separate Indoor & Outdoor Sports Clubs, a Business Centre, a Dynamic Socio Club, a Museum, a Jewellery Cafe Lobby, and a knowledge Park.
