The Hong Kong Trade Development Council led by James Law of Cybertecture, visited ‘The Capital’ by The Wadhwa Group, an smart structure built through the India-China collaboration. The delegation have a twofold agenda one, to strengthen the India-Chinese relations by exploring business opportunities with Indian conglomerates and second, to study the features of the world’s largest automated car parking system and its green building features meticulously designed by James Law and his team.
The capital represents the latest symbiosis of architectural design, technology and the latest advanced materials available to us which is used to create a building that is more imaginative and more powerful than any other building built so far. This 21st century office space has a sky lobby that bathes in natural light offering cafes, bars, gyms, restaurants and other amenities. The intelligent lift system is designed to minimise the travel time contributing to its smart features.
