Tribeca, the largest branded luxury developer in India has announced the appointment of Simantika Mukherjee as Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a strategic move aimed at strengthening the company's commitment to building a high-performing organisation.
Simantika has more than 15 years of experience in human resource management with reputed global organisations including Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, SBI General Insurance and Wipro Technologies.
In her previous role, Mukherjee spearheaded the west region for Tata Housing, driving successful HR strategies contributing to business success. Her expertise spans business transformation, strategic expansion, efficiency improvement, and growth across diverse sectors, including education, banking, insurance, IT, and real estate.
Simantika's practical experience ranges from mid to large size companies, demonstrating her expertise in implementing HR policies and programmes. Her track record includes successful contributions to Campus Hiring, Niche Senior Level Hiring and Volume Hiring in various business functions.
In her new role at Tribeca, Simantika will drive the development and implementation of the Group’s HR strategy and programmes, emphasising the company's commitment to fostering innovation, individual growth and organisational development.

Simantika is a graduate in Sociology from Presidency College, holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and has certifications in Lumina Spark Assessment, The Art and Science of Coaching and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
