315Work Avenue Leases 1400 Seats to TeamLease in Bangalore

315Work Avenue has signed up 1400 seats, spread over 70,000 sq ft with TeamLease, one of India's leading human resource company. This office space is located at Koramangala, Bangalore a prominent business hub in Bangalore that is witnessing sky rocketing commercial growth. The new centre comes with all modern amenities and state-of-the-art facilities and customized spaces.

315Work Avenue currently manages around 30,000 seats spread over 1.5 million sqft across multiple prime locations in Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune. The company also plans to add another 1.5 million sqft office space over a period of next 1 year and will add few more cities in the near future, given the high demand for fully managed and flex office solutions.

Commenting on the same, Manas Mehrotra, Founder, 315Work Avenue said : “We are extremely elated to on-board TeamLease as one of our members in Bengaluru. As per a recent survey, nearly 46 per cent of the respondents voted in favour of shared spaces and 30 percent opted for hub-and-spoke model, which means that nearly 76 per cent of employees are in favour of the coworking model now.

The coworking industry is expected to double over the next five years at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 15 per cent. As per recent reports, the increased demand from large enterprises will help the industry grow to more than 60 million square feet by 2023, signalling the consistent demand for co-working spaces in the current scenario.
