AhujaHIVE launches Oshiwara’s most admired luxury project, L’amor, set to transform western Mumbai life with its grandeur. L’amor has already established a fanbase among the demographic with its unique amenities and largest apartments in the vicinity. L’amor covers approximately 1 Acre which is part of a larger development with 2 BHK measuring 777 sq. ft. to 915 sq. ft. and 3 BHK spread over 1008 sq. ft. to 1251 sq. ft., comfortably priced in the range of Rs. 1.69 cr to Rs. 2.16 cr. The total value of the project is approximately Rs. 500 Cr. The project will be completed and ready to move in by 2022. The structure of the tower is 90% complete and is already gaining positive traction and has become a landmark in the area. The complex is well connected to public transit in the heart of Suburban Mumbai via road and rail networks. The residency comprises two towers accommodating 252 units on 38 floors including sky garden, leisure zones, recreation podium, jogging track, amphitheater. L’amor boasts of unique amenities like partially covered temperature-control pool, 24*7 disaster management desk, senior citizen care centre, intrusion alarm, prayer room, wheelchair friendly spaces and a five layer security system. The project offers eco-friendly features like multi-level car parking space with charging points for electric vehicles, solar street lamps and motion sensor lights in common areas. To meet with the changing demands of the new-age buyer, the homes will be semi-furnished with marble and wooden flooring, modular kitchens, premium air-conditioners, and smart homes with latest technology like virtual-assistance, mood lighting and robotic cleaners. A crèche and convenience store too will be a part of the project to provide a holistic offering to the residents. Shweta Thakker, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, AhujaHIVE, said, “We have gone the extra mile by identifying and incorporating elements that match the expectation of the modern day home buyer. The matchbox living concept has become passé’ in the new normal; we are creating large spatial apartments which can be called a home in the true sense. With that backdrop, we have curated a superior quality living environment for future residents to make life easy, help build communities and foster a safer and greener residential space.” The project will be launched with an on-ground event spanning from June 16-June 20 including channel partner meets and open house for homebuyers while complying with COVID safety norms. The Golden Weekend from June 18-20 will provide great offers to the homebuyers including zero stamp duty and easy equal payment plan (E2P2) scheme. The show flat designed by Indian and International designers’ showcases optimum luxury living with premium furnishings and furniture. The grandeur of the project is beautifully encompassed within the flat giving an aesthetic reference to the homebuyer. AhujaHIVE is the developer behind several projects in the city currently under construction at Bandra, Sion, Malad, Bhiwandi and Ambernath.
