Realty firm Tathastu Realty has announced the launch of a Rs200-crore high-street commercial project in Rewari, Haryana, marking its third development under the Swarnim brand. The project, aptly named Swarnim, will be located in Sector 22 and span six acres, featuring approximately 1,200 retail units.
The launch price has been pegged at Rs14,000 per sq. ft., with the company estimating total sales realisation to touch Rs400 crore. Designed to meet the rising demand for organised retail and small-format commercial spaces, Swarnim aims to offer a structured shopping experience in one of NCR’s fastest-growing micro-markets.
“With Swarnim, we aim to bring a premium high-street shopping experience to Rewari. The strategic location and thoughtfully planned infrastructure will provide a significant boost to the region’s retail and commercial ecosystem,” said Mr. Neeraj K Mishra, Executive Director, Tathastu Realty.
Rewari’s appeal as a commercial hub has grown steadily, thanks to its proximity to Gurugram, Delhi, and Jaipur via NH-48 and the Delhi–Jaipur Expressway. The upcoming Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and robust rail connectivity further enhance its accessibility.
Swarnim follows the success of Tathastu’s earlier ventures in Sohna—Sector 5 and Sector 35—under the same brand. The company confirmed that the entire investment will be funded through internal accruals and customer advances, with possession scheduled for 2029.
As Rewari continues to evolve into a retail and residential hotspot, Swarnim is poised to become a landmark destination for both businesses and consumers seeking quality, connectivity, and commercial vibrancy.
